What we collect

• Your account: email, password (stored only as a one-way hash), language and sign-in history (device, IP address, approximate location).
• MT5 accounts you link: server, login and password (stored encrypted), and the account's balance, trades and history.
• Billing: plans, invoices and payment references. We never see card numbers.
• Visits to the website: pages viewed, device and approximate location.
• Support tickets and messages you send us.

Why

To run the service, copy the trades you ask for, take payments, keep accounts safe, answer support and meet legal duties. We do not sell your data.

Who sees it

Our staff when needed, and the companies that run parts of the service for us (hosting, email, payments). A partner sees only counts of clicks and sign-ups from their code, never your account.

How long

While your account is open. Sign-in history is deleted after 13 months. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your data, except what we must keep for accounting or by law.

Your choices

Open a support ticket to get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it. You can unlink an MT5 account at any time, and we stop connecting to it.

Cookies

Only the cookies the site needs: to keep you signed in, remember your language and a partner's link, and count visits. No advertising cookies.
